Londoncapitalfx.eu claims itself as a platform for Investment platform with insane return. Londoncapitalfx.eu has recently raised red flags due to warnings issued by “Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores” which is the Regulatory Authority of Spain.

On 9th September of 2024, Pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 18 of the Securities Markets and Investment Services Act (Law 6/2023, of 17 March) the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (National Securities Market Commission) warns that: “https://londoncapitalfx.eu (CLONE) LONDONCAPITALFX.EU (CLONE) is not related to LONDON AND CAPITAL WEALTH MANAGEMENT EUROPE A.V., SOCIEDAD ANONIMA,, or its website, www.londonandcapital.com, which is duly registered in Spain as an investment firm (Broker) under number 307. is not authorised to provide the investment services and activities subject to the activity restriction in accordance with the provisions of Article 129 of the Spanish Securities Markets and Investment Services Act, in relation to the financial instruments detailed in Article 2 of said Act, including, for those purposes, foreign currency transactions.” on CNMV’s website (www.cnmv.es). These warnings confirmed that the Londoncapitalfx.eu is running as a unregulated “Clone” platform.

Londoncapitalfx.eu is not providing any Address or Phone number which raise suspicion cause after several tries we were unable to reach them in their providing email. All of our sent mail was bounced back and haven’t been delivered and we didn’t got any replies.
