Cody became a member of NR in December 2015, assuming the role of Debt Recovery Executive within the Debt Recovery Department. His expertise lies in effectively regaining unpaid invoices, and he possesses a comprehensive understanding of debt recovery for both individuals and businesses, starting from the initial letter before action all the way through to enforcement processes.
Throughout his career, Sebastien has acquired extensive knowledge of the County Court system, particularly with regards to Small Claims. He actively attends Court meetings to stay updated on procedural changes and legal developments.
Having spent a decade working in the Debt Recovery industry, Sebastien has garnered valuable experience from his time at both Debt Collection Agencies and Solicitors Practices. He began his journey with Geoffrey Parker Bourne Solicitors in Stratford-upon-Avon as part of their Debt Recovery team. Subsequently, he relocated to Manchester where he worked for Robinson Way - a reputable Salford-based Debt Collection Agency. After several years there, Sebastien transitioned to Restons Solicitors located in Warrington where he served as both Litigation Executive and Team Leader.
